in an evening of Sitting in Power
Sitting in the Power is a meditation that allows the sitter to observe and develop an understanding of their energy and the Power within, that spark and Power from within. With this type of meditation, we are tapping into that from a spark within, the higher source, the divine, the universe or God. Whatever you choose to call it,
we all have that spark and can easily access it.
By touching into this Power, we activate the claris, our spiritual senses that connect us to the spirit world and the energy around us. With this activation, we have a spiritual knowing, seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting with our spiritual senses, thus connecting us to the realm of light, the Divine Light. With this mediation, we charge the battery within, thus allowing ourselves to access it when needed.
We become attuned to the spiritual realm.
